Refunds for AI Prompt Packs are only eligible if the digital download link has not been accessed or triggered. Due to the nature of digital assets, once the file is delivered and opened, the sale is final. Eligibility expires 14 days from the date of purchase.
Startup Launch Kits & Business Templates
Startup Launch Kits and Premium Business Templates (priced in GBP) are eligible for a partial refund if project work has not commenced. A 15% administrative fee is non-refundable once the initial discovery documentation has been issued to the client.
AI Marketing & PR Packages
For comprehensive AI Marketing and PR services, clients may request a cancellation and refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no strategic analysis or custom research has been delivered. After this period, fees are allocated to research resources and are non-refundable.

Clients must provide a formal written request, original invoice number, and specific details regarding the service discrepancy within 14 days of delivery.

Submit your claim directly to our support team via email. Claims for digital delivery items are evaluated based on access timestamps and kits downloaded.

Review
Our leadership team reviews each claim individually. You will receive a formal decision and, if eligible, credit or refund processing within 7 business days.
Eligibility for AI Prompt Packs, Startup Launch Kits, Premium Business Templates, and AI Marketing/PR packages sold in GBP is strictly contingent upon digital delivery status. Once content is accessed, refunds are typically restricted due to the nature of intellectual property.
